As a premier traditional South Indian ethnic brand, we strive to provide the best quality and a fast and easy shopping process. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Eligibility and Service Area

Sree Silk operates as an exclusive regional boutique. We currently offer our services and Sree Silk South India Shipping only to customers residing in the following five states: Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.

• Orders placed with shipping addresses outside these five states will be automatically cancelled.

• By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Product Descriptions and Color Accuracy

We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our South Indian Traditional Wear as accurately as possible. However, please note:

• Color Variations: Due to differences in digital screen resolutions and lighting, the actual color of the silk or cotton may vary slightly from what you see on your device.

• Handloom Nature: Minor irregularities in weaving or zari are characteristic of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

• Pre-Purchase Verification: We encourage you to Contact Sree Silk via WhatsApp for a live video of the product to ensure total satisfaction before we dispatch.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on Sree Silk are in Indian Rupees (INR).

• Taxes: Prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

• Payment Security: We use encrypted, secure payment gateways. We do not store your financial information.

• Errors: In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders and issue a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery Policy

Our shipping is optimized for the fastest possible delivery within South India.

• Processing Time: Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours.

• Delivery Timelines: While we aim for 3-5 day delivery, Sree Silk is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners or natural disasters.

• Shipping Area: As a specialized traditional South Indian ethnic brand, we strictly ship only within the five southern states mentioned in Section 2.

6. No Returns and No Exchange Policy

To maintain the stunning quality and hygiene of our premium fabrics, Sree Silk follows a Strict No Return and No Exchange Policy.

• Final Sale: All sales are final once the product is dispatched.

• Reasoning: Handling and redraping of silk sarees can cause permanent damage to the threads and zari. By enforcing this policy, we guarantee that every customer receives a 100% fresh, unhandled masterpiece.

• Damage Claims: The only exception is a genuine manufacturing defect. To claim this, a continuous unboxing video is mandatory. Without a video showing the seal being broken and the defect found, no claim will be entertained.

7. Blouse Piece Specification

Customers should note that the blouse piece is unstitched and attached to the saree fabric. Sree Silk does not provide stitching or tailoring services. It is the customer’s responsibility to have the blouse detached and tailored locally according to their perfect measurements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images of our South Indian Traditional Wear, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Sree Silk. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our brand assets is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. User Conduct and Comments

Users are prohibited from using the site for any unlawful purpose. If you leave comments or reviews, you grant Sree Silk a non-exclusive right to use that content for marketing. We reserve the right to remove any comments that are offensive or contain spam.
